Role Overview
As a Regional Manager, you will play a critical role in our senior leadership team, overseeing the operations of approximately five campgrounds. Your leadership, expertise, and passion for hospitality management will be instrumental in driving the success and growth of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Oversee all components of the campground operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions.
- Staff Management: Responsible for hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management of campground staff.
- Guest Satisfaction: Address guest feedback and complaints, striving always to exceed guest expectations.
- Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management for each campground under your jurisdiction.
- Capital Project Planning: Spearhead maintenance initiatives and capital projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate with the IVEE Management Group to achieve and possibly surpass revenue goals.
- Travel: Frequent travel to various campgrounds under your supervision, as well as potential other locations as needed.
