Tom is responsible for the operations oversight and strategic vision for IVEE’s portfolio. Tom leads IVEE with over 35 years of hospitality experience. He began his hospitality career in 1981 with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and went on to manage multiple hotel brands, including Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, and Radisson. Most recently Tom served as SVP -Operations for Marcus Hotels and Resorts and their portfolio of 18 hotels. Tom brings extensive property management experience, managing multiple locations focusing on exceptional service and strong financial performance.
Julie joined the team as Accounting Supervisor in January 2022. She is a performance driven, Finance & Business Professional with more than 25 years of accounting experience. Her background includes working in various industries including property management, government, and religious institutions. She demonstrates strong skills in leadership, communications, customer service, and has the ability to improve processes and achieve results. Julie has a Masters in Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University.
Julie oversees the IVEE accounting team, manages month end close, serves as liaison between company and capital partners, and collaborates with operations, property managers and other internal stakeholders.
Carrie is the Regional Manager for six of IVEE’s RV parks in the southwest. Carrie’s role for IVEE is to make sure that all her General Managers have all the right tools to be successful. Carrie has a background in construction and project management, and is passionate about teaching and helping employees grow in their positions. In the five years since Carrie has worked with IVEE, she has increased revenue and created policies and procedures that enhance the guest and employee experience. Carrie has been a full time RV’er for seven years and loves the camping lifestyle.
Brad Blakey is a seasoned industry professional with a remarkable track record in hotel management and revenue optimization. Bringing Brad onboard as a revenue manager is a strategic move that provides IVEE with a unique vantage point into markets and competitors previously uncharted. His expertise ensures the continuity of best revenue practices across IVEE’s diverse portfolio of properties, where pricing plays a pivotal role in the success and satisfaction of guests, employees, and owners alike. Brad’s appointment is a testament to IVEE’s unwavering dedication to staying ahead of industry trends. His vast experience, particularly in the realm of boutique properties, aligns seamlessly with IVEE’s vision of elevating outdoor hospitality.
Miranda has joined the IVEE Team as an analyst in January of 2024. She is a recent graduate from the University of Georgia who completed her Bachelor of Business Administration in Risk Management and Insurance. Her educational background includes a strong focus on Financial Management, Legal and Regulatory Environment of Business, Commercial Property and Liability Insurance, and Corporate Risk Management. Miranda’s business mindset coupled with her love of the outdoors makes her an excellent addition to IVEE’s analyst team.
Shanna Pleimann, Regional Manager at IVEE Group, brings over 14 years of expertise in the RV and hospitality industry. Starting her career part-time while pursuing a culinary degree, Pleimann progressed to full-time roles and eventually became a general manager.
In her new role at IVEE, she oversees four resorts, including Panama City Beach RV Resort, Port St. Joe RV Resort, Sugar Sands RV Resort, and Milton / Gulf Pines KOA. Pleimann is committed to ensuring efficient operations and helping her teams achieve their goals. Passionate about teaching and guest relations, she aims to add more properties to her portfolio and continue contributing to the hospitality industry.
