Job Description
The IVEE Group LLC is looking for an Analyst to join our exciting journey as a best-in-class, third-party manager of RV Resorts and Campgrounds. The IVEE Management Group is bringing the best practices of hotels to the space of outdoor hospitality. We manage twelve RV Resorts with RV sites, cabins, primitive sites, clubhouses, restaurants, and more. We manage over $15 million in Revenue, and we are growing. Due to that growth, we are looking to add talent to our Atlanta based operations team. This individual will work closely with the Director of Operations and COO to oversee the management and operation of our RV Resorts with a focus on operational reports and tasks, PMS reporting, account management, revenue management and other hospitality functions.
Position Description:
- Review and assist with the creation of budgets, ROI models, and property performance
- Assist and work directly with the General Managers at the property and help them manage strategic plans, initiatives, capital projects and customer service-related issues
- Coordinate policies and procedures of the various departments and ensuring the flow of information to and from the properties is being done efficiently
- Participate and coordinate closely with the properties on revenue optimization, dynamic pricing initiatives, forecasting, and budgeting
- Support the RV Resorts daily as needed answering questions and offer support as needed
- Can work closely with 3rd party vendors associated or have contracts with the properties
- Research, analyze and produce reporting related to the market by looking at activity affecting owned assets
- Ensure that weekly, bi-monthly and monthly reporting to be complete and accurate working in conjunction with the Resorts to comply and deliver reports
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Must be able to read and understand various financial statements and be able to identify issues that affect the performance of the property
- Able to work independently with strong time management and organizational skills
- Service oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Has knowledge of budget planning and financial controls
- Some travel will be required as part of the position
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extremely proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and has modeling experience
- Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize projects as well as complete multiple tasks on time
- Revenue Management experience is a positive
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hotel operations at the department head level, the real estate field, including property management of office buildings, apartments.
