Tom is responsible for the operations oversight and strategic vision for IVEE’s portfolio. Tom leads IVEE with over 35 years of hospitality experience. He began his hospitality career in 1981 with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and went on to manage multiple hotel brands, including Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, and Radisson. Most recently Tom served as SVP -Operations for Marcus Hotels and Resorts and their portfolio of 18 hotels. Tom brings extensive property management experience, managing multiple locations focusing on exceptional service and strong financial performance.
Scott is thrilled to combine his passion for hospitality management and the outdoors to his role of Director of Operations at IVEE. Scott has twenty years of experience leading hospitality teams in a variety of hospitality environments including full-service and select-service hotels, cruise lines, country clubs, retreat centers, asset management, and hospitals. He has worked for some of the leading service organizations including Walt Disney World Resorts, Marriott, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Horwath HTL. Scott brings the best practices from these experiences to the outdoor hospitality management space and has a deep understanding of how the numbers on a spreadsheet translate to the experience of an organization’s leaders, employees, and guests. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre and a Master of Science in Hospitality Management.
Julie joined the team as Accounting Supervisor in January 2022. She is a performance driven, Finance & Business Professional with more than 25 years of accounting experience. Her background includes working in various industries including property management, government, and religious institutions. She demonstrates strong skills in leadership, communications, customer service, and has the ability to improve processes and achieve results. Julie has a Masters in Professional Accountancy from Mississippi State University.
Julie oversees the IVEE accounting team, manages month end close, serves as liaison between company and capital partners, and collaborates with operations, property managers and other internal stakeholders.
Matthew is an Analyst responsible for operating and capital expenditure reports for IVEE. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Rollins College. Matthew is thrilled to bring his education, passion, and work experience in real estate into the RV Space. Prior to joining IVEE, Matthew worked in the Multifamily residential industry as an Asset Manager, where he managed a portfolio of over 3,000 units across Florida.
Carrie is the Regional Manager for six of IVEE’s RV parks in the southwest. Carrie’s role for IVEE is to make sure that all her General Managers have all the right tools to be successful. Carrie has a background in construction and project management, and is passionate about teaching and helping employees grow in their positions. In the five years since Carrie has worked with IVEE, she has increased revenue and created policies and procedures that enhance the guest and employee experience. Carrie has been a full time RV’er for seven years and loves the camping lifestyle.
Nate joined the IVEE team in 2018 and brings many years of experience in outdoor hospitality to the leadership group. Nate has owned, managed, and operated several campgrounds throughout the country. He values not only his experiences, but also the many relationships that he has formed along the way. Prior to joining the Rv and outdoor hospitality industry full-time, Nate was a successful owner/operator of a commercial & residential plumbing company and holds an (EIT) certification. Outside of the office, Nate is an Eagle Scout and is dedicated to volunteering and supporting scouting for tomorrow’s youth. Scouting developed a passion for world exploration, and he has had the privilege to explore six continents extensively. He someday dreams of completing the journey he and his family started by exploring Antarctica. Nate is also an avid Cornhole player and has been active in creating and shaping various Cornhole leagues in his area. If you challenge Nate to a game of Cornhole you will lose (so he says) but will gain a friend for life in the process!
Jennifer Gabriel is a regional manager and revenue specialist residing in Platte City, Mo. Jennifer’s passion and love for the outdoors that drove Jennifer into the camping industry. Jennifer has years of General Manager experience—for both private and corporate owned parks. Her experience includes customer service, revenue management, accounting, reservations, store retail and more. Jennifer’s love for her outdoor hospitality has taken her and her family to some of the top camping destinations in the world—such as Australia and New Zealand. These experiences have shaped and inspired Jennifer personally and professionally and she values learning from other cultures. Jennifer’s role with IVEE is overseeing daily operations, supporting the general managers, achieving business goals and revenue targets while ensuring all company standards and procedures are being followed.
