Tom is responsible for the operations oversight and strategic vision for IVEE’s portfolio. Tom leads IVEE with over 35 years of hospitality experience. He began his hospitality career in 1981 with Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and went on to manage multiple hotel brands, including Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, and Radisson. Most recently Tom served as SVP -Operations for Marcus Hotels and Resorts and their portfolio of 18 hotels. Tom brings extensive property management experience, managing multiple locations focusing on exceptional service and strong financial performance.
Scott is thrilled to combine his passion for hospitality management and the outdoors to his role of Director of Operations at IVEE. Scott has twenty years of experience leading hospitality teams in a variety of hospitality environments including full-service and select-service hotels, cruise lines, country clubs, retreat centers, asset management, and hospitals. He has worked for some of the leading service organizations including Walt Disney World Resorts, Marriott, Carnival Cruise Lines, and Horwath HTL. Scott brings the best practices from these experiences to the outdoor hospitality management space and has a deep understanding of how the numbers on a spreadsheet translate to the experience of an organization’s leaders, employees, and guests. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre and a Master of Science in Hospitality Management.
Carrie is the Regional Manager for six of IVEE’s RV parks in the southwest. Carrie’s role for IVEE is to make sure that all her General Managers have all the right tools to be successful. Carrie has a background in construction and project management, and is passionate about teaching and helping employees grow in their positions. In the five years since Carrie has worked with IVEE, she has increased revenue and created policies and procedures that enhance the guest and employee experience. Carrie has been a full time RV’er for seven years and loves the camping lifestyle.
